Comfortable Stay Thanks to Great Team

I found the front desk staff very helpful. Hans at the reception was especially useful. He answered all my questions. The room was comfy, and the breakfast was nice. The North Acton station location made getting around simple.

The sink had a small crack. This did not effect its use.

surprisingly good stay

delicious hummus happy staff comfy bed

The restaurant opened just in time after our flight. Shayanne served us appetizers. i recommend the hummus and bao buns. They were quick. the bar staff were always happy to help and drinks were filled to the top. They remembered my order. the beds were comfy and there were lots of facilities. The staff were helpful.

The shower controls were missing buttons. This didn't cause any issues operating the shower, it just did not look good.

separate sinks rainfall shower warm peanuts

I stayed in a premium king room and it was very comfortable. the room had two separate sinks and a rainfall shower, very practical! the hotel has a nice little bar area and they served warm peanuts. They were AMAZING!!!

the sink in the bathroom drained slightly slowly, that's all.

the room was spacious. it was well maintained and had a good ambiance. i found it convenient to be close to restaurants and markets. the commute was easy due to the hotel's location near the tube station.

i arrived to check in. i was told my room was not ready at 2pm, so i waited in the lobby. i had to go back to reception at 2.55 pm to ask if my room was ready. the pillows were very thin and the sofa bed was awfully thin as well.

the executive room had ample space for my family. nelly provided a lovely birthday touch to the room. it was easy to get to wembley using ubers.

the sink in the bathroom was like a prison bathroom it was one of those metal ones.

i found the reception staff very helpful with a fast check-in. the location was perfect for my trip. i appreciated the easy access to public transportation and nearby shops. i plan to return in the autumn.

the bathroom had a noticeable smell. it was clean but a constant urine smell was present.
